Are Reservations Required?

Yes, reservations are required. Thank you for understanding!

Our afternoon tea is a prix fixe experience and we do not offer tea service alone (though you can buy some of our loose-leaf teas in our gift shop!) Reservations are required, as we are often unable to accommodate walk-ins or same-day bookings.

If your friend book and you want to sit with them, see below question on how-to! :D
 

No reservation is needed if you’re just stopping by to shop.

My Friend made reservations, how do I sit with them?

Book your reservation at the same time slot & date and just let us know who your friend is in the booking form. Preferably in the "Which Room" Question but any will do, and we'll take care of the rest!

What Age is for the Kid's Menu?

The kid's menu consists of 4 PB&J tea sandwiches with sprinkle crust, Two mini scones, and two petite treats (for example: a mini cupcake & brownie) Plus, a mini teapot of your choice of apple juice or tea. If you think your child would enjoy this, then this is the perfect pick! :D

Can't Find the Building / How do I get there? / GPS?!

 We are located in an office building, right between Nouria the gas station and the Holiday Inn Express. We also have extra parking in the back. Visit our Directions Page for Visual Reference Pictures 
 
There are TWO parking lots. One in the front area (not handicapped accessible) and one behind (handicapped accessible).

From the front parking lot, follow the brick path up and our entrance is on the left.

From the back parking lot, follow the ramp, that's between the building, up towards our entrance.

We are aware that some GPS's don't know where we are or it brings you to the back parking lot.

Cancellation / Changes

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation may be subject to a $30 per person cancellation fee, as we begin preparations in advance.

What happens if I'm late?

We offer three reserved seatings daily, each 90 minutes long. Because our afternoon tea is a timed experience with limited seating, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

If you're late, you're still welcome to join us but only during your scheduled seating time. We’re unable to reschedule, extend your reservation, or shift your time slot without at least 72 hours’ notice.

If you arrive near the end of your seating, we’ll gladly box up your afternoon tea to-go, so you can still enjoy it. We appreciate your understanding, this allows us to serve all guests with care and consistency.  

What if one of my friends is late (or doesn't show up)?
Same policy applies - your full party is welcome to arrive at any time during your reserved seating, but we cannot extend the reservation or shift timing. If a guest arrives too late to enjoy the experience, we’ll be happy to pack their afternoon tea to-go.

And if they don’t show up at all, we’ll box up their afternoon tea and give it to someone in your party to take home.

I need help with Booking, it's not working.

Sorry you’re having trouble booking! Please message us and we can either walk you through it or manually book it for you on our end.

Where do I put my coupon/promocode?

You can put your codes in on the Checkout page, after you go through the scheduling and booking form.


Step by Step Instructions:
1) When you book a reservation, after you pick a date and your service, click Next, it'll bring you to the Booking Form.

2) On the Booking Form page, click Book Now when ready. 

3) It will then bring you to the Check Out page where there is a section for your code.

Do you have Gift Cards?

We do offer eGift cards! You can find them here: eGift Cards. We currently do not offer physical gift cards.

Gift cards are not returnable and not refundable for cash, except as required by law: In Massachusetts, re-loadable gift cards that have been partially used and have a balance of $5.00 or less, are redeemable for cash. Our gift cards are otherwise not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not traceable if lost. 

What are your Hours?

We have three seatings a day, 90-Minutes each. First seating is at 11:30AM, Second is at 2:00PM and third is at 4:30PM. Please make reservations for the seating time you would like. Tuesdays and Wednesdays we are closed.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code. Feel free to dress up as fancy or casual as you like but please wear clothes. (Looking at you, Mark! Never again.) Everyone is welcome! 

Do you allow walk-ins?

Sorry, we don't at this time. We kindly ask that all guests make a reservation in advance please. If you just want to stop by and browse the gift shop, you're welcome to anytime, no reservation required.

Do you have a Gluten-Friendly option?

Yes, we do! We offer an Adult Gluten-Friendly Afternoon Tea and a Kid’s Gluten-Free Afternoon Tea. You can select the gluten-friendly option during booking. Gluten-Friendly Menu

Please note: We DO NOT guarantee no cross contamination on our gluten-friendly/gluten-free items. We do, however, do everything in our power to try to eliminate cross contamination, but we have limitations as all our food is prepared in the same kitchen environment and there's always a risk in that. We take extra precautions with known allergies and do our best to accommodate what we can. Please take the time to talk to your server about any concern with gluten or allergens and we'll get you as much information as possible before you dine with us. 

Can I bring outside food in?

Please don't. We do not accept outside food in our establishment due to health and safety regulations. Thank you for understanding!

Can you donate to my cause, fundraiser, event, etc?

​We really appreciate you thinking of us! Unfortunately, we’re not able to donate at this time as we’re still getting our own business off the ground. We’re not sure what the future holds, but we’ll keep opportunities like this in mind as we grow.
